Rocker Eric Clapton beamed with delight on Saturday (10Sep11) as he escorted his daughter to her wedding.

The guitar legend drove his daughter Ruth to the ceremony at St Mary Magdalen Church in Surrey, England in his vintage Bentley.

Clapton was the proud father as he walked Ruth down the aisle in front of around 200 guests as she wed Dean Bartlett, before the musician then drove the happy couple to the reception at a nearby venue.

And he's not the only rocker to have given their daughter away over the weekend (10-11Sep11) - Clapton's former bandmate Steve Winwood also watched as his daughter Mary Clare wed Ben Elliott, in front of guests including Jamie Cullum and Sophie Dahl.
